I wish so many of the recap podcasts for shows weren't non-spoiler. I think that costs them so much potential for deeper conversations.

Like 99% of review podcasts I listen to talk about spoilers. I am apprised) surprised you are able to find so many that don't.

But.. but what's the point of a RECAP podcast if they don't actually talk about the plot? Which they'd have to for a proper recap but can't do if it's supposed not to have spoilers. I'm confused.

I think they mean podcasters who don't discuss individual episodes in the context of what happens later on, assuming people are watching along as they watch a series for the first time.

Same. I've been so annoyed at Battlestar Galacticast trying not to be spoilery because they got whiny comments from first-time watchers. When Olmos was on he was just like "People, don't listen to this if you don't want to be spoiled" and I wish they'd taken his lead.
