Re: Whatcha doing today, FS?
(Anonymous) 2019-04-28 12:36 am (UTC)(link)I started getting a sharp, pounding headache first on one side of my head sort of in the temple and moving back, then it looped around to the other side and across my forehead so I had this like... horseshoe of pain around my head lmao. I laid down, and made sure it was as dark as I could possibly get it; I tried a face mask to darken it more but even that much pressure hurt? I got super nauseous and kind of dizzy too, so I had trouble drinking water/gatorade like my wife was trying to get me to do.
It lasted a good like... 4-5 hours? And then I just went to bed 'cause I was totally wrung out. I was fine the next morning.
Does that sound like a migraine to you? I didn't get any auras or anything, and I'm not sure if I was light or sound-sensitive because I just defaulted to getting into the dark and quiet anyway. :/
Re: Whatcha doing today, FS?
Basically, yes, classic migraine.
I only occasionally get auras. Not everyone gets them.
Basically, if it is in your temple/forehead and pounding, it is probably a migraine or maybe cluster. If it is in the back of your neck and radiating from there, then tension. In your whole face around your nose and eyes and pain is less when you press on it, then sinus.
