Ok, a more even example. Jon grants Melisandre permission to burn Mance Rayder / Lord of Bones alive at the Wall. A prisoner of war. No other crime. Direct comparison.

And what about Jon beheading Janos Slynt? That was a literal case of disagreement. He executed him for opposing his rule. Nothing else.

What tells you she loves burning people alive, can you actually give me an answer to this

Hint: it's not "because she executed two enemies in war who would not yield, when they had already been offered to take the Black"

Like I don't think that was her greatest moment but people seem to allow her WAY less slack than they give almost every other character.

Daenerys also subjected more than a hundred people to death by crucifixion in retribution for something it was textually acknowledged that a number of her victims played no part in.

No one except the White Walkers has done anything even remotely comparable to that. Even Cersei hasn't gone that far.

Yep, the crucifixion stuff was messy (both morally and literally). I note you left out the fact that it was a direct retaliation to the crucifixion of more than 150 children by the masters. CHILDREN. Dany knows first hand what it is like to be a slave. There is narrative buildup to this. We are told what the slave masters do to the Unsullied. They are forcibly taken from their mothers. They are made to kill PUPPIES, for God's sake. This is not subtle manipulation. We are shown a scene of Dany giving water to a slave who has been strung up, legs flayed and black with flies, for "daring to raise a hand to his master". By the time her retaliation occurs, she is stone-cold raging on the behalf of the people. That is the mindset under which she makes her decision. Not mad with power; full of grief and vengeance for these wronged souls.

Then GRRM throws us a subversion where he has the son of one of the masters tell her she got the wrong man. This is lampshaded as a huge learning moment for her. And she really does take it to heart. The narrative is very clear about that.

Like, it's easy to just trot this stuff out without context, but it's disingenuous.

And I can't believe I briefly forgot this, but yes, Cersei has gone that far. She bombed the largest temple in the capital city at a very specific time when she knew it would be jam-packed with hundreds of people. All of whom died. Not only that; she was shown taking EXTREME pleasure in the event, watching it delightedly from a window while sipping a glass of wine. I mean, come on.
