All the soundtracks Joe Hisaishi composed for Studio Ghibli
They're so beautiful and each one is distinct to its film

I love me some game OSTs. Dark Souls, the first four Silent Hills, Panzer Dragoon, We Love Katamari, and the Ecco series all have great soundtracks.

For more retro stuff, the old Sonic games, Doom and Rocket Knight Adventures.

Spyro 2 & 3, FFX, Legend of Legaia, Legend of Dragoon

I love a lot of tracks in Mass Effect, too - especially the one played during the galaxy map!

Anything by John Williams. The LOTR ones. Doctor Who. Game of Thrones. Lion King. Vikings (I don't even watch the show, but the music is great). Gettysburg. All three How to Train Your Dragon scores. The score to the 2003 Peter Pan movie. Star Trek: First Contact. The two Star Wars movies not done by Williams were still really great. The score to the Merlin miniseries from the 90s. The first Pirates of the Caribbean score. The Titanic score (terrible movie, but the music is beautiful).

Shiki's OST. The anime itself is... not great, but it has one of the most beautiful soundtracks I've heard in my life.

Gladiator (Hans Zimmer) was my first favourite. I also have a soft spot for Narnia (Harry Gregson-Williams).
