Okay, now that that is out of the way...
I didn't expect them to kill Lyanna and especially not so graphically. I think the death that effected me the most was Theon. I am glad he redeemed himself. I didn't care about Ed or Melisandre dying all that much. And Jorah died doing what he loved, being friendzoned.
I felt the death of the Night King was a bit anti-climatic. Maybe because Arya never really had any kind of connection to him. Maybe because there was this build up as if Bran was about to do something (of course he was still just being useless). But, I am glad he is dead because I think the Cersei battle will be more interesting.
Of course, the thing I see people talking about the most was how fucking dark it was. There were some scenes where I had no clue what was going on. I thought Jon's dragon had died but apparently it was in the preview for next week.
Re: Game of Thrones spoilers 8.3
Not all of it was hard to see, but jfc a lot of it was so I had a hard time telling who was fighting what. You can argue that's realistic to an extent but as a viewer I kind f want to be able to see who's fighting.
Jamie+Brienne team-up on the battlement was great.
Poor Mormont girl got wasted but took out an undead-giant while doing so.
Arya sneaking around the undead in the library was very nice and tense, I enjoyed that scene a lot.
Did Rheagal bite it? I legit couldn't tell.
The death of the Night king though was a bit... that's it? Idk, I guess I was hoping that the final, final battle would be the living vs the White Walkers but alas. That part is over and Ayra offing him was cool.

Glad to be wrong.

I got that dragon at the end was Viserion because it had half it's face missing that I saw Rheagal tear off, but I legit thought that Rheagal had been left dead in the snow as well.
Re: Game of Thrones spoilers 8.3
Sad about the multiple deaths but not shocked. Well, a little shocked at how Lyanna went out, but why shouldn't she go out like a little badass?
So many great elements coming together. I loved the breaks from the battle to give a bit of suspense with Arya in the library.
For a moment, I had to wonder if the NK was really dead. Sucks that Theon died, but at least he died happy and feeling accepted by at least one family.
AND POD DIDN'T DIE!!!! That was a relief. Jaime and Brienne constantly having each other backs fed the fuck out of my shippy side, though I did jump a couple of times when the wights swarmed them.
