Not really. It depends on what I'm thinking, though. If I'm thinking about a conversation I had with someone, or a conversation I could have with someone, then my thoughts are pretty verbal.

But otherwise, my thoughts are not that nailed down. And the more emotional a thought is, the less verbal it tends to be. I don't think things like, "God, that's so beautiful," or "oh god, I'm scared," or "aargh I'm such a fucking weirdo idiot," in words. They're sub-verbal.
