GoT Fic Search

(Anonymous) 2019-05-02 11:45 pm (UTC)(link)
I'm looking for a long fic set during the long night/battle against the dead. I don't remember what ship(s) but I think Jaime/Brienne or maybe Sansa/Hound. The battle took place over an extended time (months I think) and they used the crypts as the living area/triage/HQ...everything. It was not a foregone conclusion that the living would win.

I read it sometime after season seven aired but longer ago than 6 months. It may even have been written before season seven aired. As for rating: E is my start point then I read the M fics and then start digging through the unrated fics. I like my smut, ok? But I'm not sure this did include smut.

Really I just want a better battle than the show gave us.

Could it be this one - Whispers of Winter by
Shadowmire, Part 2 of the Ancient Winds series (https://archiveofourown.org/works/13821378?view_full_work=true)?
