It's a different timeline because they went to it and, by going to it, changed it. Everything that happens before they get there is the same as everything that happened up until that point in the main universe. So no, if genetics and experience are the things the "self" is based on, Gamora 2.0 is our Gamora, minus about four years of canonical experiences.
