Lesbians can't be happy having friends? Heterosexuality makes your friends better? Being a lesbian automatically means you'll be miserable due to social issues?

In the show, she only pretended to be a lesbian because people liked her and she had friends. It's pretty pathetic when you have to pretend to be anything you aren't to have friends. I think that's what this person was getting at.
