Gah, I feel your pain -- there's a (relatively rare) pairing I like in one of my fandoms, and every time a post shows up on my flist indicating a new story about them has been written I get excited.....aaaaaand then I see it's her again and *groan*. I'm with you on the latter part of your secret, too: I don't want to write about the pairing, I want to read other people's ideas. I mean, I know what I think about them already -- I want to hear what other creative people have to say.

Hehehe...my mom, who was right beside me (and a HUGE Martin Shaw fan), was almost in hysterics and had to tell me that he bumped into me because I was oblivious because HELLO MARTIN SHAW!!!

I'll kill you even more...Mom and I were on like the 3rd row I think for that performance of "An Ideal Husband" and Martin performed to us...he looked at us and directed lines in our direction throughout the entire play and he applauded towards us during the curtain call. :) DAY OF MY LIFE!!!
