113 is a show called The Professionals. It's a late 70s/early 80s British cop show...kinda like the British Starsky and Hutch. It's MADE OF AWESOMENESS!

I know that's the joke, but it's making a joke out of ABUSE. It's NOT funny. She's nicer and sweeter than most of the characters. The only one that comes close to being nice on Meg's level is her mom. And Lois is more an enabler for Peter than anything like a mother.
