The series Ookiku Furikabutte (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oofuri), or Oofuri for short. I think it's been licensed by Funimation (maybe) and was translated as Big Windup! It's a really good series, in my opinion, that keeps everything pretty realistic yet attention-grabbing as possible. The series is basically about a boy with little to no self-confidence and his building relationship with his teammates. Kind of. Um, please stare at the Wikipedia page. *fail*
