I loved everything Destiny's Child did 1000x times more than any of her solo work.

Yeah, if I had to pick one to listen to, it'd probably be Destiny's Child over her solo stuff. But neither really do it for me. Just not a sound/style I'm into, I guess.

Maybe you just like her singing when it's in chorus with others'. I've only ever liked a handful of her songs, but it's just slightly more than Destiny's Child as I can think three songs from the group that I liked. But that's fairly typical for me and there are very few artists or groups that I could name that like enough of their songs to fill an album.

The overall quality of Beyonce's music is miles above anything Destiny's Child did and the only reason DC stood out was Beyonce anyways. DC still have some of the most amazing pop singles ever though

She is so over rated hyped all that and Kelly was so slept on when Kelly is the better singer vocally. Yup I am not apart of that hive that mindlessly think every song of hers is good she has some bangers but ego is not pretty and I think she is just over hyped and over loved

I feel the same. Mostly because I love girl harmony groups (Destiny's Child, En Vogue, and others like them). I wish more of them were around today.

I love some individual songs of theirs (some of this, I assume, is reinforced by nostalgia), but tbh I never got into Beyonce for real until her last two solo albums.
