From that I got that he doesn't try to force his personal beliefs on others. Which I think makes him pro-choice? As in he doesn't personally like abortion and his wife wouldn't have one, but he doesn't believe in making his personal beliefs laws. What exactly is wrong with that position? Isn't that what we want?

Same. The comments to his explanation are dumb if you ask me. "YOU SUPPORT LIMITING WOMENS RIGHTS!"

No... that's not what he said at all? He said they have personal beliefs that THEY DO NOT THINK should be involved in the making of laws.

It's difficult to draw any conclusions if he's not going to talk about it, but actively supporting a pro-life event would be a strange choice if he was in fact pro choice.
