I've heard being murdered by your spouse kinda sucks. I've never tried it so I can't vouch but it does sound like it'd throw a wrench in my weekend plans.

Murder or martial rape are a 10 to me. I consider long term emotional abuse and any kind of physical abuse worse too, though cheating can be a component of the former.

Anon's comment ITT about the aftermath of murder made me think of something worse: Murdering your children to get back at your spouse.

I wish I wasn't able to think of RL examples :(
