Imagine if Tolkien was a wizard, though, and changed a bunch of things in his books to make sure it didn't reveal anything about the magical community, but also to make it fantasy for the magical community, too. So elves are tall and pretty and confident, and those of smaller stature who might like precious metals are dwarfs and totally not goblins.
