Then there's A Cure For Boredom by emmagrant01. (Fandom: Sherlock. Pairing: Johnlock.) I actually don't personally like this that much. And it's possibly more "kink" than BDSM per se, though D/s definitely plays a role in it. But I'll toss it out there as a possibility, because twelve thousand other people liked it more than I did, lol.
