Yeah, they also have a republican legislature that (along with former governor Scott Walker, aka the Koch brothers’ hand puppet) tried it’s damndest to strip the incoming Democratic governor of his power to govern before he took office.

AYRT—I’m not from Wisconsin and I’m not sure how many/if any of Walker’s/the Republican legislators’ attempts to fuck over the incoming governor actually took effect, but I remember something about stripping him of his right to veto legislation, among other bullshit. I think some of their bs was overturned by the state supreme court or something? Idk.
