Statistically speaking, POC in the U.S. have comparatively less access to just about everything. Relevant to this discussion: less likely to have health insurance, primary care providers, and pharmacies. Those disparities are a bit more pronounced in the Southeast, but de facto segregation exists across the U.S..

Also there's a statistical criminal justice bias where POC are more likely to be investigated, arrested, prosecuted, and get harsher sentences for the same crimes.
