Kind of a shit argument considering Sandor also killed a kid. Never mind, y'know, Theon's entire arc and what he and Sansa has been through together since then and the fact that she herself clearly cared deeply for him.

IIRC when someone put forth that idea to GRRM he said "that's an interesting theory", which to me implies he didn't have that thought in mind when he wrote that part. So I'd say your concerns should be assuaged.
