Are they accredited? Can you transfer units to other colleges/universities? If the answer to either of those is no, or they charge more money than a community college/state university for the same education, then probably yes.

^, also, check the *region*. If I had went to ITT Tech in Virginia, I might have been able to transfer only a handful of credits to State College in Florida. I think it's even more restrictive if you go from like southwest to northeast.
