Turtles do have muscles though. They shouldn't have "quads" per se but it's not totally wrong for turtles to have muscles.

Boobs are a totally mammalian thing.

To be clear: I am not against boobs, I'm confused why reptiles have mammaries

Isn't the whole mutation thing down to mixing human and turtle DNA through the power of magic science goo? Boobs just seem like a really weird thing to get hung up on here.

They just stick out as super odd to me because it's such a distinct mammal thing, instead of a potentially shared common to Animals thing. Like if a dog or cat character randomly had a beak
