I have been without power for two hours now. A big storm came through. Got tornadoes to the south and east of us. =(

I've been watching the storms in Texas and Oklahoma unfolding today-I know they were predicting a really nasty outbreak. Very scary. Stay safe!

Yeah, I am in Oklahoma. Thankfully, we have a basement. I just wish the power would come back.

Blech! Kansas City has been pounded all day and is still being deluged. Here in Mid-Missouri we're just on edge, waiting for the storm to get to us....

Kind of a waste. I did some laundry. I should've dusted the bookcase but we have a blast of warm air here and I'm enjoying it because I've been inhaling cool air for too long and I have been sick, so I took time to inhale its warmth and relax. How was yours?

Bleh. 2 hours Sleep and no coffee. I have a splitting sinus/tension headache and I'm still hormonal.

Today sucked rancid syphilitic donkey balls. I missed my bus to work and my trolley home, one of my pets hasn’t eaten enough for days now, we were super short handed at work, and me, my coworker, and the person we pulled from another location to fill in did the equivalent of juggling flaming monkey shit all day with only three rather than the usual six of us to extinguish the worst of the turd infernos.

Worked all day. Coworkers goofed off and we didn't make quota. But in off until Saturday and went out to dinner with my husband, and the Warriors won the western championship woo!
