I wish I had gotten over my fear of driving sooner and taken lessons earlier. I still hate driving but I would be more comfortable.

aw i love that, i've been trying to get myself to do this! all my friends and i are are way busy to ever make movies work too often and i love the theater experience~ even when the movies is lackluster. i don't know why i have such a hangup about it :/

Do try! I used to always bring a book to read before the previews, but they seem to make the theater a lot darker now. Or my eyesight is *really* getting bad.

But yeah - seeing movies by myself is quite nice. I get a big ole' buttery popcorn and just enjoy. :D

I regret investing in GoT. Should’ve stopped sooner lol.

As for real life, I regret not starting an exercise regime earlier in my life. Great destressor.

Warning: emotional/sad shit.

My thing: meeting up with a specific online friend. I had the perfect chance last year when a convention came to town, and I was mad at myself immediately afterwards for not taking it. (This was the night before my birthday, for extra fun. At midnight the day I turned 27, I was busy crying my eyes out and hating myself.) Then I waited another year for the next convention, instead of just taking the plunge and meeting up for lunch or something because she lived fairly close...and then, ten and a half months into my eager wait, she fucking died. I'll never get over what I didn't do. Never.

(Yes, I'm the same anon who's mentioned this a few times. This probably won't be the last. Sorry.)

I regret wasting so much time worrying about things I never had any real control over. I'd like to think I'm getting better at not doing that though and I'm trying to be more mindful that every day has the potential to be good if I let it be.
