Ramsay was a great villain. A terrible person, but he was charismatic in a classic psychopath way that made for great television.

You hated him, but loved to hate him. He was pretty much the last great villain of GoT and the show floundered without one.

He was interesting, but I question the show writers' attempt to make him "sympathetic" when it didn't really have any effect on him in the end.
