That'd be sad but I do doubt that that's what's going on. I certainly am not doing that though with the way the Republicans have been handling the past 8 years, I don't see why anyone is surprised people are turning to the Democratic party.

Again, SOME of us are informed. It has nothing to do with party labels and everything to do with people not taking enough time to inform themselves on the issues.

I've grown up around politics, but many of the people I know didn't. Sadly, I've found that the above is true among most of those people.

This is true, but then there are also those who are only Republican because their religion tells them they should be or because it's what their parents say is right.

It goes both ways. There are idiots on both sides.
