Not particularly surprised. The paper that started it all was incredibly stupid to run a story like that without an actual official source, and clearly just wanted to jump on the #metoo bandwagon; and the actress who made the accusations may very well have felt uncomfortable and upset, but pulling out texts and going "HIS flirty text messages are *obviously* inappropriate, but mine are just, uh... something else?" was never gonna go down well in court.
I hope she can come back from this and keep working in the industry, but this was a clusterfuck from the start.
