The premise is actually the consequences of when you think you'll die from cancer from a young age, live like every day is your last, and get cured.

She finds out her family regularly lied to her to smooth over her life and keep her happy (like oops, you never actually graduated high school and we decided against telling you because you'd be dead anyway), finds out everyone had a lot of suppressed resentments they end up revealing, like from making sacrifices for her treatment and to give her experiences like travel before she died, she married a guy she barely knew, her husband constantly did only what she wanted because she'll die soon and now he starts revealing he actually didn't enjoy most of it.

It wasn't a great show though. Got too soap drama and added the possibility of a sudden love triangle so I didn't finish it.
