OP has found at least 5 examples of tracing. Original photos were found easily through Getty and overlayed the fanart to find they were traced line for line. I can PM them to you if you need proof.

Ah, well then. People in your fandom clearly have more sense than the people in mine. The "proof" people presented in my fandom was putting what they THOUGHT were the reference photos (they weren't) up BESIDE the art, and saying, "see, it looks the same!" Er...

...That sucks, i.e. the tracing.
