No. I often half-joke about killing my neighbours in retaliation for the torture-by-sleep-deprivation from the amount of noise they cause, but no. Even if I started by removing their vocal chords so the screaming wouldn't disturb me.
A few years ago when I was clinically depressed, my feelings all muffled, my empathy dead, I would have said yes and thought it, but truly... no.
