I think because they look skinny in the thighs (what you can see of her thighs). It's hard to tell with that puffy blouse making her look weirdly propprtioned.

That blouse is so strange, it looks as puffy and thick as a winter coat?

The detailing on the skirt might work with something else but it definitely doesn't with the shirt.

Don't be an arsehole. You have no idea what's going on with someone.

I went from 120+kg to 45kg before I was diagnosed with adult onset T1 diabetes, despite seeing a bunch of doctors and specialists, and the amount of abuse I got from friends, family and even bloody strangers was invasive and extremely hurtful.

Just don't comment on another person's body unless they ask for your opinion.
