I didn't understand anything. Can someone explain how an art style relates to antis? What's a blobby art style anyway?

Last time there was a secret like this the art style in question was heavily inspired by Steven Universe i.e. soft-looking characters with a body diversity thing going on.

+1
I figured it was the same secret maker.

Yeah - sentiments like this always make me sort of confused. Like, when we say "anti", do we really just mean people on Tumblr who annoy us? Because otherwise, the link between the two things eludes me a little bit.

Eh, any group of artists who follow each other, and mostly associate with each other, are going to pick up habits from each other. So if you see a bunch of them in a row, you might start associating the style tics with the group's non-art-related beliefs.

It's not caused by the beliefs themselves -- it could happen with any group.

("Anti" in this context means "people who are against shipping any pairing that isn't perfectly healthy and well-adjusted." And the criteria for "healthy and well-adjusted" are, mysteriously, more relaxed with any pairing they happen to ship themselves.)

I'd add, "who go out of their way to create sideblogs for the purpose of scolding others" to the definition, since most adults just nope away and have better things to do with their time.

Anti's are people who vehemently hate certain pairings and characters to the point where they harass others who enjoy them. Like with inbox hate, or starting smear campaigns, or death threats, etc.

OK, but the connection to the art style is what I don't get.

Enough people who are antis create and/or reblog the aforementioned art style to cause an association between the two in the mind of the OP? At least, that's what the secret says, so if that's not what OP meant then they worded it badly.
