Pretty sure it's not canon in any verse. Bucky x Nat is a thing in the comics. Steve x Peggy is a thing in the MSCU and Steve x Sharon is a thing in comics.

Steve x Bucky is purely fanon.

The multiverse canonically includes Spider Ham. So yeah, there's a Stucky verse somewhere in there. Probably won't see it in official media though.
