Well, personally, this Stucky shipper really LIKED Steve's ending, and Endgame in general. And that seems to be the general consensus among all the Stucky shippers I know, too. Yeah, it was full of all kinds of plotholes and tons of Unfortunate Implications, but at the same time it was a nice send-off to his character.

He certainly had a nicer ending than Natasha, or imo Tony (who's death was focused more on Peter than on his fucking WIFE AND KIDS AND DEAREST FRIENDS).

It also leaves open all kinds of room for continued shipping of every stripe, bc the movie never actually says he marries Peggy. Steve leaves his whole life cryptic. For all we know, he went back in time and had that long-awaited dance, and then went off to rescue and marry Bucky. Or he met someone totaly different. Or went on a time-hopping adventure with Loki for 600+ years. Nothing is set in stone with him, which is cool.
