That sucks, I'm sorry to hear that. You haven't started any new medications or taken a course of antibiotics, by chance? Has your diet changed prior to this?

One thing you might want to doublecheck on is electrolyte imbalance, which can happen easily when you're vomiting or have diarrhea, even if you're drinking plenty of water. Maybe try to Pedialyte? I don't think abstaining from water will help at all, and might make your nausea worse if you get dehydrated.

No new meds or diet, no.

I do have electrolytes at home, will try some.

You could try making your own electrolyte drink - it's mostly just a trick of dissolving a bit of sugar and salt, and maybe some fruit juice for nutrients, into warm water. Worth a try, anyway!

You could try a magnesium supplement, too. That will get the constipation dealt with. It's also an electrolyte, most people think of salt first, but it's one a lot of people are deficient in - depression and constipation are the more common symptoms of it. I take it for my anxiety, but you'll know quick if you've had too much, because you can't even trust a fart not to be something more, lol!
