omg i've had a long ass day and bc of how this secret is visually split i thought the word "this" referred to dirkjake but then also lord english/gcatavrosprite??? lmao i'm so tired

i'm glad people still make fanwork for a pairing you like tho! i think imperfect dynamics are the most interesting, and i love fanworks where flawed characters have to face that and grow through it. dirkjake isn't my main jam from hs, personally, but i too am glad fanwork exists bc of junk like that in canon that i just rly disliked lmao.

And ditto on the imperfect dynamics being interesting. I really liked theirs and wish they had kept their character development instead of whatever the hell the epilogue did. But yes, in this case fanwork>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>canon all the freaking way.
