Draco would make funny faces and say mean things in his desperation for negative attention. Spike Spiegel will tie you up if he's turning you in for a bounty and otherwise ignore you.

I imagine Draco would also bequeath you with "witty" alliterative nicknames, like "Sandy Sandra;" or just call you mudblood a few times. Unless you hit him; then he'll run away. And you're right, Spike would tie someone up if they're a bounty, and lock them in the bathroom. But no one is going to get ravaged like he's a wicked space pirate.
