It has also shockingly not been that hot in MO. We've gotten to 95 a couple times, but for the last few years (much to the dismay of my potato plants) we've been peaking summer mid-June with long stretches of 90s-100s from then through July. I think we're gonna keep to the 70s-80s for a while! It's nice!

I think the horrible amounts of rain is causing the temperature to be lower than usual.

For some reason the horrible amounts of rain veer a few miles north of me, so I keep forgetting that's been a thing. Like, there'll be tornado warnings and flash flooding and I'm looking out at the dry porch and still trees like "typical, guess I have to put on the sprinklers".

Right? I've had my air on maybe...four times total so far? Last year I think I had to turn it on in fucking March.
