Come to think of it, how do superheros in onesies like her, Iron Man, and Captain America even go to the bathroom while wearing those things?

Not sure about the other two, but Iron Man pisses himself in the suit, as he demonstrates in Iron Man 2. I'm just glad nobody asked about number 2.

I always wonder where Batman pees while on nightly patrol. Never mind HOW, just WHERE. It's not like he can pull into a gas station and use their bathroom. Does he just pee on people's roofs a lot? Hold it in? Wear an adult diaper?

On the one hand, he could easily just piss in an alley somewhere, it's only Gotham.

On the other hand, it's hard to imagine Batman doing that.

On the third hand, it's extremely funny to imagine a crook stumbling on Batman accidentally while he, Batman, is taking a piss.
