Valerie and Melody from Josie and the Pussycats because:
a. the band's called the Pussycats ffs
b. they're two hot babes who hang around with eachother all the time and neither one seems to care about not having boyfriends
c. yes, guys ogle Melody all the time but her usual reaction to this is to either pay no attention or get sort of annoyed.

Kimber/Stormer for life. Also Korra/Asami, Kya/Lin, Azula/Ty Lee, Velma/Marcie (aka Hot Dog Water), Pearl/Rose, Bismuth/Pearl, Bismuth/Peridot, Lapis/Peridot, Ruby/Sapphire, Garnet/Peridot, Amethyst/Peridot (why is that tiny green tsundere nerd-gremlin so damn shippable? She's like a harem anime protagonist but with an actual personality) and Marceline/Bubblegum. Oh! And can't forget GoGo/Honey Lemon, or Scorpia/Catra/Adora, or Heather/Astrid (technically I ship Heather/Astrid/Hiccup, but it's partially femmeslash so it still counts, right?). There are probably others I'm forgetting because I fall in love with f/f ships at the drop of a hat and there are just too many to count at this point.
