And thanks for picking some of the sexiest shots of him to boot. I'm a Catholic, man, y'wanna know the level of guilt I feel about knowing that if I were a nurse at the 4077, I'd've trapped him in the supply closet, thrown him against the wall, and done things that would've had the both of us in confession for weeks?
Because yeah. Oh man, I totally would. There are few men quite as gorgeous as John Patrick Francis Mulcahy, or whatever order those names go in. With that sweet soul shining through and the occasional snark? Yeah.
But beyond that, I think Father Mulcahy is one of the best-written Christian characters ever. To me, he embodies the way people of faith should be trying to act--living out our faith and being clear on it, making out faith and opinions known, but with constant tolerance of others beliefs and disbeliefs, never shoving it down someone's throat or even insisting--just suggesting. One of my favourite characters of all time.
146. Y'know, I was fairly sure people who cosplay do it because they feel like dressing up as a character, not because they want you to be interested in looking at them. Attention's a nice bonus, but the few times I've bothered to put the effort into it, it's been because there was a character I loved/identified with, and I felt like dressing cool for a day.

For serious, I can't unsee it now. It makes perfect sense. Certainly works with the way Ten is sexy and endearing, but at the same time a complete self-centered jerk focused on his own drama. Also works with the "dangit, why do I find you sexy?" factor. Man. Can't unsee.
163. Doesn't get much better. I freaked out after watching that episode when I lived in a city with minimal statuary.
Then I moved to London.
Suddenly I realise exactly how terrifying that episode is, especially the ending montage. Thanks, Moffat, now I'm scared of half the things at the place I work(ed).

176. I'm still annoyed that Light didn't wind up a Shinigami at the end (and I only have a passing accquaintance with DN. But seriously, I thought that was the set-up).
178. I didn't watch Toonami when Naruto was on, but the idea of Tom having a farewell makes me kind of misty-eyed. I watched it back in the day, man.

185 is Damian Lewis. He was in Band of Brothers and some other stuff but right now he's on Life on NBC and he's amazing.
