As someone noted up thread, there is a brief description of Crowley as 'young' through another character's eyes - but they're only seeing him briefly, and in any case, it's clearly not central to the concept of the character. Maybe in an ideal world the actors would have looked slightly younger, but it's nowhere near as ridiculous as casting Alan Rickman as Snape - and, crucially, the actors convince in the role, which is all that matters.

(Rickman did convince me as Snape while I was watching, but it did get silly when you stopped and thought about the fact that he's only supposed to be about thirty-four at the start of the films given that he's the exact same age as Harry's parents).
