She has, in those two years, given 4 (5 at the most) public statements that she's working on it but is suffering from depression and is ghosting all messages sent to her.

She definitely hasn't ever given anyone a personal message about it, that I'm sure of. She says she had to give refunds but I don't really believe it because she doesn't actually have any money. The 2 year "anniversary" when I ordered (and paid for) the commission is coming up at the end of the month and I intend to write to her and ask for a refund as well. I don't really want the commission anymore because I know I won't be able to feel happy about it anymore after all this annoyance. Pretty sure it's futile and I already feel bad about it. I suffer from fepression as well so I know this is a sucky situation but my money doesn't grow on trees either and it was definitely too much to just let go of without a fight.
