My sister and I used to try making that snow candy, where they pour syrup or molasses or something in the snow so it froze. It worked a couple of times, but it was never as magical as described on page. XD

when I was a little kid my family used to do that with maple syrup. We called it "snow cream". I hadn't read those books.
