She wasn't a teen mom. She didn't meet Dan until after she'd been to the academy, and she went to the academy after her Dad died when she was nineteen. (I have in my head that she's thirty five at some point in the series, but I can't remember why, but she definitely wasn't a teen mom.)

The Wiki says that "Trixie was born in 2008", so I do think Chloe was pregnant with her when she was between 25-30.
