You can't identify out of previous benefits of privilege, and it takes work to unlearn the toxic attitudes that frequently come along with being a part of the privileged class, it's true.

But trans women who come out as trans do not continue to benefit from male privilege, and face disprivilege both as women and as non-cis people. Gender (as opposed to sex) has only recently become a protected class in my country, and still isn't protected everywhere. Prior to that (and currently in places where gender identity is not protected) it was legal and not uncommon for trans women to be fired for being trans, and to subsequently have to struggle to find a new position in male-dominated fields. Career stalls are still common. Trans women in tech and science have frequently noted a devaluing of their work after coming out, including instances of retroactive devaluing when their previous names have been linked to their current ones.

They are no longer a part of the patriarchy because they are no longer socially perceived as men, save by social regressives who see a lack of performance of masculinity as a reason to further discriminate against and frequently actively physically harm them.
