Cookies and cream. Vanilla with root-beer. Red bean but it's really hard to get where I live. :(

I also like to mix vanilla ice cream with taro bubble-tea powder and turn it into a milk shake.

there is an ice cream parlor in San Francisco called Polly Ann's that always has a bunch of Asian flavors including red bean. I tried their fresh coconut ice cream and it damn near made my eyes go back in my head.
