Yes, you can very much be allergic to more than one type of antibiotic. While I personally haven't had any notable reactions to medication, my mother is particularly allergic to a number of different anti-inflammatory drugs. Something about what they do, or what's in them sets her off, so it's not unusual to be allergic to more than one similar thing especially when it comes to pharmaceuticals.
I have a lot of food allergies myself, only one particularly severe. But it's also good to know when you combine a number of mild allergens you can have a severe reaction due to the amount of them adding up. I'd talk to your doctor, see if you can get tested, but I'd recommend not to use that drug if you can help it. Drugs aren't as easily tested as food, as far as I'm familiar with. So it's better to be safe since you did have an obvious reaction while taking it. If you have any other known, mild, allergies I'd stay away from them too until you recover.
