Normal's not really a useful term when it comes to allergies, but it's certainly possible. It's also possible that you were bitten by something and had a reaction to that, though, or that you came into contact with another allergen, especially if the hives are localized to one part of your leg. Talk to your doctor - they'll probably either prescribe you another antibiotic if you still need one, or take you off them entirely. Either way, they can schedule you for allergy testing.

Not localized, moved down leg, showed up on other leg. Doctor and I agreed it was the antibiotic. I've stopped taking it and we've put it on my allergy list. I only had one dose left anyway, so it isn't a huge deal to stop it.
