I'd heard this complaint and went in fully expecting to agree, but having watched it just today (first time in my life I managed to binge watch something) and I completely disagree. I found myself really enjoying the scenes with the other characters to the point I'd get a little miffed when the show cut away back to Aziraphale and Crowly (although they were still my favorite part).
